ergh, yesterday marked my last hsc exam. However, it felt funny. Nothing explosive, nor great. Anywhos, no more complaining about Biotechnology ever again. No more complaining how gay the name "The Search for Better Health" again. So, actually, yesterday was something great. yeah.... yesterday...
After Bio exam, people were already discussing answers. although i may be wrong, i still claim that i am correct. And the last question. Like WTF seriously...
*before exam*
Me: OMG i dont know anything about ethical issues about biotech.
Everyone: Neither do i, but im gnna bullshit.
*in exam*
Discuss the ethical and social issues relative to Biotechnology. (7 Marks)
diu. was not cool. at the end of every single long response, i had an english conclusion to it. something along the lines of, hence, by studying the genetic culture, and it's related ethical and societal issues, blah blah blah. yuck.
anywhos, we went swimming at SOPAC afterwards. i still claim that swimming that swimming freestyle is so much more harder than freestyleee. and spa. and steam room. oh, and also the water slide. Drank a lifetime's worth of water. ergh.
okay, so much of that swimming + drinking water, matt and i were extremely hungry. But, we are fat, so i guess we dont really have a choice to be hungry or not. This does not explain why gary found us shoving wheels of chocolate biscuit down our throat right in front of the cafeteria 10 minutes later.
And finding ourselves with an extra 4 bags of food, a couple of seconds later. hehehe. one banana cake with caramel icing, one caramel donut, one box of pasta and one chicken fillet burger. Which resulted in me complaining about wasting $30 on useless food from an aquatic center.
Dinner at Sauteee was interesting. Somethings others may not know, but i had a bad stomach. Which i blame from the dodgy, yet expensive aquatic food. ergh. which is probably why you found me not eating as much as before.
Anyways, later was good. Thankyou to jen, nancy, matt, daniel and gary for the great, but tiring day. Unfortunately, we never got to watch Paranormal Activity, but i had an interesting conversation with a stranger on the bus. He was teaching me about life, the definition of real friends, how precious your mother and father really is, to trust god at all times. Good stuff. That guy made me contemplate about the meaning of life, as i walked home from bus stop.
Saturday 06/11/10
Today was good. Met up with mary sally and gary. Seriously guys, i havent talked to you guys in AGES. Which made today, a day i was really looking for. The best thing about you guys, is that you like to talk about anything, and does not find anything weird. Even if it is, we would not stop, but rather, keep being retarded.
Such as,
Sally: STOP STOMPING AT MY FOOT.
Gary: sorry, i thought it was the floor. xDDD.
*this happened when we were eating awesome siu long bao*
or...
Gary: OMG i need to lose weight and fit into my formal dress.
i coincidentally choked on water, mary choked on her soup, and sally choked on her food as soon as phrase found its way to our ears.
Mary: Andrew should serve.
* i mix around the noodles and accidentally slipped some hot sauce on sally's finger*
Mary+ Gary: ANDREW YOU FAILLLL.
i continue to serve whilst giving sally a large proportion. which made her so full and fat she could not eat anything else. although she was planning to eat more.
Then buy one, get one free CHATIME. That instantly brought out the cheap and asian side of me, and the gang. This event allowed us to coincide ourselves with nancy, shannon, catherine and sock. allowing the french master, mr gary ho, teaching us how to pronounce crepe. Due to our dodgy pronounciation and accent, it ended up as "Mother's crap" rather than "Mother's crepe". Egh, randoms staring at us like idiots, but we continued to humiliate ourselves, by drooling over sushi, as they were so cheap? hehe. WOO, all hail cheap food. aka, good food.
THEN KAE AT GREENBOX. LIKE WOOOOO.
we are like, the next jay chou and leo ku. Nah, gary ho was. The good thing is, everyone sang.
Gary and I sang like there was no tomorrow. Screaming into the microphone, but also trying to keep in tune. Very very challenging. This time, the songs were varied in a way that i like :). Canto, Mando and English. xDD hehe. But good english songs :). The unpronounciable mando songs were fun. however, i slightly felt sorry for all my listening patients.
But yeah... overall, one of the best experiences yet. The presence of you guys enlightens me. I may not have been too close to you guys the last couple of months, but still, i like :).
Anywhos, thanks to you guys i have had such a great time. Everytime i talk to you guys now, i think about that random guy who talked to me on the bus, thinking about my real friends. ie, you?
